🌀 Circle of Security® Parenting Workshop (8 sessions) "Because being present is more powerful than being perfect." At times, all parents feel lost or uncertain about what their child needs. The Circle of Security® Parenting workshop offers a supportive space to better understand your child’s emotional world and strengthen your connection — no matter their age or stage. Based on decades of attachment research, this workshop helps you: Recognize and respond to your child’s needs for comfort, exploration, and independence Understand what might trigger your own stress or disconnection as a caregiver Build your child’s sense of security, trust, and resilience Reflect with kindness on your own experiences of being parented Through video examples, guided reflections, and group discussions, we explore the core principles of secure attachment and how to apply them in everyday parenting — with compassion, not perfection. This is not about doing it “right.” It’s about showing up with love, even when it’s hard — and knowing you don’t have to do it alone.
